Sales quantity

There are no restrictions on the sales quantity. However, there is an upper limit on the number of applications for Japanese language classes and events.

Cancellation Policy

If you have a residential address in Japan, are enrolled in a Japanese language class exceeding two months in length, and the total payment amount exceeds 50,000 yen, it is possible to cancel your contract for enrollment (cooling-off period or mid-term cancellation.) If you cancel your user agreement before using the service, you are liable to pay our company up to 15,000 yen as a cancellation fee, and if the payment amount is less than 15,000 yen, the amount due shall be paid. For cancellation after service has begun, in addition to the portion of the service already provided, you must pay the lesser amount of either 50,000 yen or 20% of the remaining contract amount.
If your class is for two months or less or the total payment does not exceed 50,000 yen, we cannot refunds cannot be provided in case of cancellation of the enrollment contract (cooling off or mid-term cancellation.)
