    Where are the classes held?

    As we have language classes for foreign nationals who are working in Japan, most of our classes are from 19:00. Most other schools target overseas students, so in many cases the teachers are not used to instructing working foreign nations. That gives us an advantage over other schools.

    What is the total amount of tuition fees?

    Basically, this is 6600 yen/h (inclusive of tax) regardless of the number of students. The fees may change depending on homework and tests, so we will provide a quotation to you based on your inquiry. Additionally, we will charge a travel fee and the actual commutation expenses if the lesson takes place at your company. The travel fees will differ depending on where the lesson takes place, so we will provide a separate quotation.

Foreign personnel employment services

As a Japanese language school, our schools supports the employment of foreign nationals. In fact, many of our students already have experience of working, so you can expect them to integrate smoothly on joining your company. In addition, as a Japanese language school, we provide full Japanese language training support before and after employment, which is reassuring for both the company and job seeker side.

5 steps to using the service

    Use our inquiry form to contact us and set up a meeting

    Contact us by filling in the required items in the inquiry form at the bottom of this page. A representative will contact you.
    We will explain our services to your representative and confirm the desired personnel’s details.

    Lesson plan proposal and contact

    The representative will propose a lesson plan to you. If there is no problem in the content, they will provide a separate quotation, and if you accept this, it will move to the contract stage.

  • 03

    Start of lessons

    The lessons will be held according to the proposed plan. Your progress will be reported to your representative as needed.

  • 04

    Lesson feedback

    After completion of the proposed lesson plan, feedback on your results will be given to your representative. This is not just general feedback, but includes advice on the weak points of each student’s Japanese and their future learning methods.

  • 05

    Follow up and additional plan proposals

    We will provide follow-up training as necessary, or propose additional plans.

    Contact us by filling in the required items in the inquiry form at the bottom of this page. A representative will contact you. Your representative will consult with you regarding your current assignments, lesson plan, and budget.

  • 02

    Contract and submission of order sheet

    If there is no problem with content of the explained service, you will move to the contract stage (rest assured that you will not be charged until the job seeker is actually hired.) The details of the job are filled out on the order sheet and submitted.

  • 03

    We can pick out job seekers who would be suitable for your company

    We will introduce you to matching job seekers based on the content you enter on the order sheet. If you are interested in any of the job seekers we introduce, we can then move on to the interview stage.

  • 04

    The interviews will then be held with your company’s hiring personnel. You are free to hold the interview according to your company’s desired method.

  • 05

    Job offer/Employment

    If you decide to hire the applicant based on the interview, you will exchange a contract of employment with the job seeker. Additionally, we will invoice you for the introduction fee after the job seeker joins the company, so make sure the payment is made within the deadline.

  • 06

    Follow-up

    We will follow up with the company and job seeker about the status as necessary. If you have any concerns, we can follow up with the job seeker on your behalf.
