Web registration/consultation
If you wish to consult on real estate matters, fill out the necessary information in the real estate consultation reservation form and inform us of your preferred date and time for the consultation. A representative will then contact you to arrange a suitable date and time for the consultation. You can either visit us in person or we can hold the consultation online. The representative will listen to your requirements and make suggestions about suitable properties based on what you discuss.

Viewing
After finding a property that suits your needs, we will confirm its availability and go with you to visit it.
*It is also possible to take out a contract without viewing the property. -

Screening
If you want to move in, there will be a screening process before the official contract.

Rental agreement/payment
Once the screening is complete, we will present the contract, so please sign this and attach your seal. (Depending on the property, it may be possible to sign it electronically)
Further, please transfer the initial payment to the designated bank account by the transfer deadline. -

Handover of keys and moving in
We will hand over the keys on the day you move in. We will also provide advice on the necessary procedures (procedures for water, electricity, and gas, etc.) after moving in.

Purchase application, contract, payment
After deciding on the property you wish to purchase, submit an application and then proceed to the contract. The payment process will differ depending on whether you need to take out a loan or not. If you take out a loan, you typically pay an initial lump sum and settle the remaining balance after the loan is executed.

Final screening and execution of loan
*If you take out a loan,Once the loan is executed after the final screening, you will settle the remaining balance and proceed with the property handover.

Handover of the property
Once the payment is complete, the property will be handed over. Although there are some complex steps you will need to undertake, such as real estate registration and final tax returns, we can provide you with advice tailored to your individual situation.
